Public Offer Agreement for Psychological Online Consultations This document is a public offer (hereinafter – the “Agreement”) of Private Entrepreneur Andrii Dorofeiev (legal address: Kyiv, P. Hryhorenka Ave. 39, ap.61), registered in Ukraine, acting under the laws of Ukraine (hereinafter – the “Consultant”), addressed to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter – the “Client”) who wishes to receive online psychological consultation services.

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Consultant provides online psychological consultations via video call or other agreed communication channels.

1.2. By paying for the service, the Client confirms acceptance of this Agreement without reservation.

2. Services and Payment

2.1. The list of services and prices is published on the website [insert your domain].

2.2. Payment is made in advance by bank transfer, payment card, or via online payment systems (merchant).

2.3. The service is deemed provided after the completion of the scheduled consultation session.

3. Rights and Obligations

• The Consultant undertakes to provide the service at the agreed time and with due professional care.
• The Client undertakes to provide accurate information necessary for the consultation and to pay for services on time.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during consultations is strictly confidential and not disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.

5. Liability

5.1. The Consultant provides psychological counseling but does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

5.2. The Consultant is not liable for decisions made by the Client based on the consultation.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. This Agreement is concluded in electronic form and does not require signatures.

6.2. Applicable law: legislation of Ukraine. Effective from: 11.09.2025.
