Refund Policy

Private Entrepreneur Andrii Dorofeiev (hereinafter – “Consultant”) establishes the following refund terms for psychological online consultations:

1. 1. A paid consultation may be rescheduled or canceled by the Client no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
   2. If the Client informs the Consultant in due time (at least 24 hours prior), the payment may be:

2.1. transferred to another consultation, or

2.2. refunded to the card/account from which the payment was made.

1. 1. If the Client does not attend the consultation without prior notice, the payment is non-refundable.
   2. If the consultation is canceled due to the Consultant’s fault, the payment will be fully refunded within 5 business days.
   3. All refunds are processed using the same method of payment as the original transaction.
